Refund policy

If a return is necessary, we apologize for your inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email: info@johavestments or by phone:     within 7 days of from delivery date for return authorization and instructions. This will allow us to quickly respond with any necessary adjustment or exchange. NO RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. We will correct any errors on our part at no charge. The customer will be financially responsible for any error due to improperly supplied measurements or incorrect ordering information. Under these circumstances, the customer is also responsible for outgoing and return shipping charges on goods returned or exchanged. Made to Measure Custom-made items including with certain added options, cut fabrics and trims may not be canceled, exchanged or returned for credit. All returned items will be credited less a 20% restocking fee and shipping. Items purchased as clearance may be returned and exchanged for something of equal or greater value only - no refund.

 What is your Exchange/Refund Policy?

Customers can initiate Exchange/Refund request for their order within 7 days of the order delivery.

Request for Cancellations are not allowed for, confirmed/prepaid orders, custom orders, or wholesale orders.

 Returns will be accepted under the following conditions: 

  • Defective/Damaged Product
  • Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications
  • Wrong Color/ Size/ Style
  • Incorrect Quantity
  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Part of Product is missing Non-receipt of Invoice

 Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Consumable Product Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing and other accessories.
  • Damaged products reported after 2-days.
  • Product  is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.
  • Product is used or worn or altered
